Assurance Manager – Audit & Assurance

About the role

PwC is seeking an Assurance Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements, delivering independent, objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high‑quality audit outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations and professional standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, leveraging their unique strengths.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and timely delivery.
• Identify business opportunities that add value to the firm and clients.
• Uphold PwC’s code of conduct, independence requirements and technical standards.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to understand system linkages and interactions.
• Proven experience in managing audit projects and teams.
• High integrity, authenticity and commitment to PwC’s purpose and values.

Required skills

• CPA certification (preferred).
• Solid accounting and audit knowledge.
