Barber – Luxury Spa (Full-Time)

About the role

Mandara Spa at Atlantis Paradise Island is looking for a skilled Barber to deliver premium grooming services to an international, high-end clientele in a five-star resort setting. The role is full-time and involves providing a full range of classic and modern barbering treatments in a luxury spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, fades, scissor cuts, line-ups, beard trims and straight-razor shaves.
• Conduct guest consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and well-organized workstation according to spa standards.
• Promote and recommend retail grooming products when appropriate.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support overall spa operations and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of professional barbering experience, preferably in luxury or high-volume resort environments.
• Valid barber or cosmetology license (or equivalent certification).
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
