Barber – Luxury Spa (Full-Time)

About the role

Mandara Spa at Atlantis Paradise Island is looking for a skilled Barber to deliver premium grooming services to an international, high‑end clientele in a five‑star resort setting. The successful candidate will join a dedicated luxury spa team and provide a full range of barbering treatments in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a complete suite of barbering services, including haircuts, fades, scissor cuts, line‑ups, beard trims and straight‑razor shaves.
• Conduct guest consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and well‑organized workstation in line with spa standards.
• Promote and recommend retail grooming products when appropriate.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Support overall spa operations and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of professional barbering experience, preferably in luxury or high‑volume resort environments.
• Valid barber or cosmetology license (or equivalent certification).
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
