Cash Flow Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑driven Cash Flow Analyst to own and maintain our daily cash‑flow model. This spreadsheet‑first position involves turning raw bank data into a clean, categorized, and up‑to‑date view of cash, while ensuring the daily forecast matches actual account activity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and update the daily cash‑flow model in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Import raw bank data, clean, consolidate, and manipulate it across multiple workbooks.
• Categorize transactions into appropriate accounting buckets using basic bookkeeping judgment.
• Compare daily forecasts with actual bank balances, identify variances, and adjust the model.
• Manage and adjust the schedule of upcoming payments based on cash availability.
• Participate in a daily finance team call to keep forecasts aligned and spending within budget.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel as the primary tool.
• Fast and efficient work across multiple spreadsheets, both Excel and Google Sheets.
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and data cleaning.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and ability to spot irregularities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of accurate financial work.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for daily live calls.
• Reliability and consistency in a daily‑rhythm role.
