Client Relations Specialist

About the role

Fidelity Bank (Bahamas) Limited is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join its Nassau team. The role focuses on managing relationships with loan, deposit and merchant services customers, delivering tailored banking solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts for assigned loan, deposit and merchant services clients.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify client needs and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Meet with clients to assess financial needs, provide planning advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and submit loan and merchant services applications, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Administer inactive accounts and process early withdrawal requests for fixed deposits.
• Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues promptly and coordinate with internal departments.
• Support business development by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering presentations at events.
