Client Relations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, service‑driven professional to join our team as Client Relations Supervisor. This leadership role strengthens relationships with loan, deposit and merchant‑services customers while ensuring they receive personalized financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and ongoing support to the Relationship Management Team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Elite, Institutional, Preferred and Professional Programme clients.
• Deliver personalized financial‑planning sessions and guide clients toward suitable products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support sales initiatives, promotional campaigns and community‑outreach events.
• Oversee the administration of dormant and deceased accounts and manage the customer complaint process.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank AML/CTF/PF guidelines, Fidelity’s Financial Crime Policy and internal risk‑management procedures.
• Provide coverage for the Client Relations Manager and support the Financial Centre Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• At least 2 years supervising, coaching or leading a client‑facing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
