Construction Manager – Luxury Hotel Project (Expatriate Role – Bahamas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a high‑profile luxury hotel development in the Bahamas. This full‑time expatriate position offers the chance to oversee a landmark project in the Caribbean and to work within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction for the luxury hotel development.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and on‑site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and budget standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and client representatives.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management.
• At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in large‑scale hotel construction (essential).
• Completed at least one luxury hotel project as Construction Manager (essential).
• Fluency in English and Spanish at a business/negotiation level.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the Bahamas as an expatriate.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑end projects on time and within budget.
