Event Coordinator

About the role

The Events Coordinator plans, coordinates and executes events that require audio‑visual services, ensuring seamless delivery of technical and logistical elements for corporate events, conferences and live shows. The role demands strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from initial inquiry to post‑event wrap‑up.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, timelines and technical needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align equipment and staffing.
• Prepare event documentation such as run‑of‑show and proposals.
• Work with vendors, venues, suppliers and external contractors.
• Conduct site visits and pre‑event walkthroughs to assess technical scope.
• Oversee on‑site execution, ensuring timelines are met and issues resolved promptly.
• Provide post‑event reporting and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within AV, production or live events.
• Experience in an organized, administrative role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
