Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Floor Supervisor leads a dedicated team of Housekeeping staff at The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas. Reporting to Housekeeping Management, the supervisor ensures guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate a section of Room Attendants and Housemen in daily cleaning operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to verify compliance with Four Seasons quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
• Communicate with other departments to address guest requests and operational issues.
• Assist in training new team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience supervising housekeeping or similar service teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced resort environment.
