Front Desk Concierge

About the role

The Front Desk Concierge is the first point of contact for every Mandara Spa guest, responsible for creating a warm and professional welcome. This role manages appointments, guest flow, and supports the team in delivering service excellence and achieving retail goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests in line with Mandara Spa standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and cancellations using the spa’s booking system (Book4Time preferred).
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously and accurately.
• Provide orientation to spa facilities, services and current promotions.
• Process payments, handle cash and close out transactions at the point of sale.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages and retail products.
• Coordinate communication between front desk and treatment staff to ensure seamless guest flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and handle guest concerns professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in front‑desk, reception or customer‑service role; spa or hospitality experience a plus.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience with Book4Time or similar spa booking software (highly desirable).
• Computer literacy with proficient typing skills.
