Front Desk Concierge

About the role

The Front Desk Concierge is the first point of contact for every Mandara Spa guest. You will create a warm, professional welcome, manage appointments and guest flow, and support the team in delivering exceptional service and retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests in line with Mandara Spa standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and cancellations using the spa’s booking system (Book4Time preferred).
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries accurately and courteously.
• Provide orientation to spa facilities, services and current promotions.
• Process payments, handle cash and close out transactions at the point of sale.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages and retail products.
• Coordinate communication between front desk and treatment staff to ensure seamless guest flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in front‑desk, reception or customer‑service roles; spa or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Book4Time or similar booking software.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
