Front Desk Concierge

About the role

The Front Desk Concierge is the first point of contact for every Mandara Spa guest. You will welcome guests, manage appointments and ensure a smooth flow throughout the spa, contributing directly to the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and cancellations using the spa’s booking system (Book4Time preferred).
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries accurately and courteously.
• Provide orientation to spa facilities, services and current promotions.
• Process payments, handle cash and close out transactions at the point of sale.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages and retail products.
• Coordinate communication between front desk and treatment staff to ensure seamless guest flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and handle guest concerns professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in front desk, reception or customer service (spa or hospitality a plus).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems; experience with Book4Time highly desirable.
• Computer literate with proficient typing skills.
