Housekeeping Coordinator

About the role

The Housekeeping Coordinator at Four Seasons Resort Bahamas supports the resort’s sales and reservations functions, ensuring every guest’s stay is seamless from the first inquiry to arrival. This role blends guest‑focused communication with precise reservation management to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Capture sales from inbound reservation calls and accurately record details.
• Complete internal reservation forms and process WRO, Trust, Internal, and FIT bookings.
• Run daily operational reports for Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and department heads.
• Respond to general reservation emails, manage brochure requests, and handle guest complaints per Four Seasons policy.
• Confirm, guarantee, and clear non‑guaranteed or wait‑listed reservations.
• Monitor special requests, hard‑block rooms for VIP or special‑attention guests, and inform management of any issues.
• Coordinate with front‑desk teams to address recurring reservation discrepancies.
• Contact guests or travel planners to clarify preferences before arrival.
• Process employee compensation and Friends & Family reservation requests under guidance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, sales, or guest services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reservation types.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, travel planners, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Four Seasons policies and luxury hospitality standards.
