Landscape & Maintenance Manager

About the role

Enviroscape 2000 is looking for an experienced Landscape & Maintenance Manager to lead our landscape maintenance contracts, installation projects, and field teams. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while upholding company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee landscape maintenance contracts and new installation projects.
• Manage field crews, coordinate schedules, and monitor performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address service issues promptly.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or operations management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and customer‑service capabilities.
• Industry certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, pesticides, and pest/disease identification.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
