Licensed Massage Therapist – Weekend Coverage

About the role

Mandara Spa at Ocean Club is seeking a licensed massage therapist to provide high‑quality treatments during the weekend. This part‑time position focuses on delivering relaxing, therapeutic massages and personalized home‑care recommendations to spa guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional massage treatments in line with spa protocols.
• Maintain revenue and guest‑retention targets for the massage department.
• Create detailed post‑treatment prescription plans for guests.
• Educate guests on spa services, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions.
• Prepare and restock treatment rooms according to spa standards.
• Follow health, sanitation, and sterilisation guidelines as required by local regulations.
• Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops.

Required profile

• Valid massage therapy license.
• Training from an accredited or approved massage school.
• 12–18 months experience in a high‑end resort or urban day‑spa environment (preferred).
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility for evenings and holidays.
