Manual QA Tester

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Manual QA Tester to ensure our software applications meet quality standards before release. The role involves creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable products.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and scenarios to verify functionality across web browsers and devices.
• Review requirements, user stories and specifications to define testing needs.
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, checklists and related documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing.
• Identify, reproduce, document and track software bugs using appropriate tools.
• Retest resolved defects and conduct regression testing after releases.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and designers to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, defects and testing progress.

Required profile

• Previous experience in manual QA testing or a similar quality‑assurance role.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience creating and executing manual test cases.
• Familiarity with bug‑tracking and test‑management tools such as Jira, TestRail or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing techniques.
