Product Publishing Assistant

About the role

Melissa Sears Fashions is seeking a Product Publishing Assistant to support the online presentation of its fashion collections. You will work closely with the marketing and visual teams to ensure every product is showcased accurately and attractively across e‑commerce and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit compelling product descriptions for the company’s e‑commerce platforms.
• Organise and coordinate product photoshoots, including styling, set‑up and on‑camera work.
• Manage digital assets and publish content on online stores in a timely manner.
• Engage with customers through online channels, responding to inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product listings, monitor inventory levels and pricing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and visual content.
• Analyse product performance data and report insights to improve sales.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eye for aesthetic detail and fashion trends.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Experience with photo editing software.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Familiarity with online analytics tools.
