Project Manager – Special Projects

About the role

The Ministry of Innovation and National Development is looking for a Project Manager to lead special projects focused on construction and physical development. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies through design coordination, execution and final delivery, acting as the central hub for architects, engineers, contractors and government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning activities, including charters, scopes, schedules, resource plans and risk assessments.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, cost estimates and delivery option analyses.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering design documents, ensure version control and resolve technical queries.
• Manage permits, approvals and regulatory submissions related to design and construction.
• Provide day‑to‑day project oversight, monitor progress, organize meetings and track action items.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance, identify issues early and support resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive project records and prepare regular status reports.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenditures, forecast cash‑flow and review invoices and change requests.
