Regional Risk and Quality Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Regional Risk and Quality Manager to lead compliance and risk initiatives across the region. You will work within Internal Firm Services, supporting business teams to embed robust risk controls, uphold ethical standards, and mitigate regulatory, litigation and reputational exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and monitor compliance with external laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Provide advice on contract provisions, standards and approaches aligned with PwC policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate client‑engagement risks in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering ownership of personal growth.
• Analyse complex proposals, use data insights, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk management, compliance or internal audit within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and consensus building.
• Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development.
