About the role

Atlantis Paradise Island is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead an upscale Mediterranean‑inspired café concept. The role oversees all daily operations across multiple venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance in a high‑energy hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Pool Deck, Beach Club, Café, Light Dining, and Bar venues.
• Drive operational excellence, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain a luxury Mediterranean‑inspired atmosphere.
• Champion personalized guest service and effective service recovery.
• Build relationships with VIP guests and deliver bespoke experiences.
• Manage full venue P&L, including revenue growth, cost controls, labor, and inventory.
• Develop revenue‑generating strategies such as premium beverage programs and special events.
• Partner with Culinary and Beverage leaders to uphold high food and beverage standards.
• Oversee entertainment programming, themed events, and lifestyle activations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing hospitality team.

Required profile

• Hands‑on hospitality professional with a proven track record in operational leadership.
• Experience in upscale dining or lifestyle‑focused restaurant concepts.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
