Restaurant Manager (Nassau)

About the role

Bamboo Shack is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its flagship location in Nassau. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality guest experience while overseeing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Support inventory control, ordering supplies, and daily bakery deliveries.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Train team members, provide coaching, and assist with hiring decisions.
• Implement company policies and collaborate with leadership to meet sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
• Proven experience in hiring, supervising, and coaching staff.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations, food safety, and basic inventory management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system proficiency.
