Restaurant Server

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our front‑of‑house team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, accurate service, and a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile, seat them promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, often using a POS system.
• Relay orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.
• Assist with cash and card transactions, process payments and provide correct change.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness of utensils and service areas.
• Support special events or large‑group setups as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math ability and cash‑handling experience.
• Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
• Team‑oriented, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service orientation with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food‑service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
