Risk Management Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Risk Management Manager to join its risk and compliance practice in Nassau. In this role you will advise clients on regulatory compliance, help them strengthen internal controls and manage complex risk landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory and practical support across a wide range of risk and compliance specialties.
• Lead projects end‑to‑end, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths and fostering continuous learning.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, and escalate when necessary.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.
