About the role

The Server Assistant supports the food and beverage team at The Abaco Club, ensuring members and guests enjoy a seamless, upscale dining experience. This position focuses on attentive, prompt, and courteous service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist servers by delivering dishes, clearing plates, and refilling beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Support smooth flow of service during busy periods, anticipating guest needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
