Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Asurewin, a leading Bahamian gaming and technology company, is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Manager to own its social presence and content creation. This full‑time, in‑house role will drive community growth, customer engagement and showcase Asurewin as a great place to play and work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Asurewin’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms) and develop monthly/quarterly content calendars.
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, short‑form videos, photos, graphics and other social assets.
• Capture real‑time content at events, activations and company activities.
• Design social campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement and retention while complying with advertising and responsible gaming rules.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Graphic Design, Business Intelligence and product teams on integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate influencers, ambassadors and content partnerships.
• Monitor performance, audience growth, engagement and adjust strategy based on analytics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital content creation or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook algorithms and trends.
• Ability to work both behind and in front of the camera, conduct short interviews and capture behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Excellent written communication for captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or Canva.
• Photography and videography instincts for high‑quality smartphone or professional‑camera content.
• Social media analytics and data‑driven optimization.
• Experience creating short‑form, social‑first content.
