The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat on Paradise Island seeks a strategic Social Media Manager to shape and grow its digital presence. You will translate the retreat’s spiritual heritage and wellness offerings into engaging, platform‑specific content that drives community interaction and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑channel social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across existing and new platforms.
• Write briefs, oversee production, and edit video and static assets while upholding visual standards.
• Capture on‑site events, workshops, and retreats to generate authentic storytelling material.
• Coordinate cross‑promotional campaigns with presenters, teachers, and influencers.
• Optimize captions, titles, tags, and keywords using platform SEO best practices.
• Monitor daily direct messages, comments, and user‑generated content to nurture an engaged community.
• Analyze performance metrics and maintain digital asset hygiene.
