About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of the resort spa, ensuring every guest enjoys a high‑quality, relaxing experience. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to resort leadership and plays a key role in aligning spa services with the Margaritaville brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa activities, from guest services to back‑of‑house operations.
• Supervise and schedule spa staff, fostering a motivated team environment.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and support budgeting and financial reporting.
• Develop new service offerings and maintain spa standards.
• Implement skin‑care and wellness protocols consistent with best practices.
• Collaborate with resort leadership to integrate spa services with overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in spa management and operational oversight.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
• Knowledge of professional skin‑care treatments, products, and wellness practices.
• Leadership experience in a hospitality or spa environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Relevant certification or diploma in spa management, hospitality, or wellness; supervisory experience preferred.
