Spa Supervisor

About the role

Mandara Spa is seeking a dynamic Spa Supervisor to lead daily operations at its land‑based spa in the Bahamas. This full‑time position is the heartbeat of the guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury and healing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, setting the tone for service excellence across all spa areas.
• Oversee guest flow at the front desk, handling check‑in, check‑out and escorting guests to treatment rooms, locker rooms, nail studio and fitness facilities.
• Respond to guest satisfaction surveys, resolve complaints and billing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct quality‑control walkthroughs, monitoring standards for service, cleanliness and retail visual merchandising.
• Lead, motivate and coach the concierge and spa attendant teams to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Provide back‑up support, mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Address staff inquiries and concerns with timely, solution‑focused responses.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
