Spa Supervisor

About the role

Mandara Spa is seeking a dynamic Spa Supervisor to lead daily operations at its land‑based spa in The Bahamas. This full‑time position is the heartbeat of the guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxurious, healing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, setting service standards across all spa areas.
• Manage front‑desk guest flow, including check‑in, check‑out, and escorting guests to treatment rooms, locker rooms, nail studio, and fitness facilities.
• Address guest survey comments, resolve complaints and billing inquiries promptly.
• Conduct quality‑control walkthroughs to maintain operational, visual merchandising, and retail standards.
• Motivate, coach, and schedule the concierge and spa attendant teams to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Provide backup support and mentorship to the concierge team.
• Handle staff inquiries and concerns with a solution‑focused approach.
