Summer Internship – Command & Control Centre (C3)

About the role

Cloud Carib is offering a Summer Internship within its Command & Control Centre (C3). The role provides hands‑on experience in a Managed Services Provider environment, supporting IT operations, cloud services and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the C3 team with monitoring service requests, incidents and system alerts.
• Support Systems Engineers with basic troubleshooting, research and documentation.
• Handle ticket administration, including updates, categorisation and record keeping.
• Participate in customer support activities under senior supervision.
• Prepare reports, knowledge‑base articles and technical documentation.
• Support inventory tracking, asset management and other operational projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree, diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong interest in an IT career and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in The Bahamas.
