Supervisor, Homeowner Services

About the role

The Supervisor, Homeowner Services supports the Assistant Manager and Manager in delivering a seamless homeowner experience at The Abaco Club. This position leads a team of Home Services Representatives and Residential Technicians, ensuring that all service operations run efficiently and meet the high standards expected by members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in overseeing the Home Services team.
• Coordinate daily inspections, reporting, and follow‑up actions for residential properties.
• Enforce standard operating procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with the maintenance department and other internal teams.
• Support arrival and departure logistics, purchasing processes, and basic human‑resources functions.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or residential services.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a service‑focused team.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑department collaboration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard operating procedures for homeowner services.
• Experience with property inspections and reporting.
• Familiarity with coordination of arrivals/departures and purchasing workflows.
• Basic understanding of human‑resources processes.
