Website Ecosystem Manager

About the role

The Website Ecosystem Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operation, optimisation and performance of all ALIV and Cable Bahamas web properties. Working closely with marketing, product, sales, customer experience and IT teams, you will ensure that every page is accurate, engaging, user‑friendly, and aligned with brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and regularly update all corporate websites and landing pages.
• Coordinate content publishing workflows, approvals and version control.
• Monitor site performance, usability and conversion metrics; optimise speed, accessibility, SEO and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct A/B tests and data‑driven enhancements to improve user experience.
• Track analytics using Google Analytics, heatmaps and CMS dashboards; produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support campaigns, product launches and outage communications.
• Ensure governance, security and data‑privacy standards; perform audits for broken links or outdated content.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of website content management systems and publishing workflows.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, conversion optimisation and SEO best practices.
• Experience with web analytics, performance measurement and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with UX/UI fundamentals, accessibility standards and mobile‑first design.
• Excellent analytical, editing and project‑management skills.
