About the role

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Booking Services Coordinator to support clients throughout the reservation process. The role is fully remote and involves researching options, coordinating bookings, and ensuring accurate communication before and after reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client needs and preferences to tailor booking options.
• Research available services and present suitable alternatives.
• Coordinate reservation requests and verify details for accuracy.
• Provide clients with confirmations, relevant information, and support for changes or special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and booking records.
• Follow up on outstanding information and communicate with service providers.
• Deliver professional assistance before and after reservations.

Required profile
