Cabana Attendant – Half Moon Cay, Bahamas

About the role

The Cabana Attendant ensures that guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable experience in private cabana areas on Half Moon Cay. You will prepare, maintain, and service cabanas, providing attentive guest support throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to their assigned cabanas, and conduct regular check‑ins.
• Prepare cabanas with required amenities, keep them clean and organized, and restock supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, special requests, and minor concerns.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and environmental policies.
• Report damages or maintenance needs and assist with minor repairs or coordinate with technical staff.
• Document incidents or operational challenges for management review.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; hospitality education is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Strong planning, coordination, and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data entry and reporting.
