Cabana Concierge – Half Moon Cay (Bahamas)

About the role

The Cabana Concierge ensures that private cabanas and guest areas on Half Moon Cay are flawlessly prepared, maintained, and staffed to deliver a premium guest experience. Working closely with supervisors and other departments, you will coordinate guest services, oversee cabana staff, and address any operational issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their assigned cabanas promptly.
• Supervise the cabana team to guarantee tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Prepare cabanas with required amenities and ensure ongoing maintenance.
• Check on guests periodically to confirm comfort and satisfaction.
• Arrange guest transportation within the facility as needed.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and environmental policies.
• Report damages, equipment malfunctions, and incidents to management.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Support supervisors with special projects, events, and day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; hospitality education is a plus.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or recreational facility operations, preferably with cabana, poolside, or beach‑club experience.
• Fluent conversational English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Familiarity with reservation or guest‑management software (preferred).
