Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to steer the strategic growth and operational performance of a diversified construction and real‑estate group. The CEO will own the company’s strategy, P&L, business development, construction delivery and real‑estate investment, reporting directly to the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term corporate strategy, driving expansion across construction, property development and real‑estate investment.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation to improve margins and return on invested capital.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead identification, acquisition, development and commercialization of real‑estate opportunities, managing land acquisition through to asset disposition.
• Build and nurture relationships with banks, investors, institutional partners, government authorities and strategic partners.
• Develop and implement business development and commercial growth strategies to capture new markets and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of financial management, project economics and investment decision‑making.
