Client Advisor – Wellness Retail Sales

About the role

The Client Advisor is a front‑line sales and service professional who guides customers through their wellness journey. You will use product expertise and personalized follow‑up to create a trusted experience both in‑store and via phone or online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by engaging customers in‑store, by phone, online and off‑site using a defined sales process.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets set weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Conduct daily follow‑ups with clients via phone and WhatsApp to support their goals and maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve store flow, product recommendations and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, phone sales or a contact‑center environment.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and consistent outbound activity.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge in sports nutrition, wellness or fitness retail (preferred).
• Solution‑based selling and persuasive communication.
• Effective time‑management and problem‑solving.
• Team collaboration and customer‑service orientation.
