Corporate Relations Manager

About the role

BankPro is seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to act as the primary point of contact for new corporate clients. You will guide them through onboarding, platform setup, and day‑to‑day operational support, ensuring a smooth transition to active use of the bank’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline contact for new corporate accounts, leading stakeholders through the initial setup process.
• Conduct platform walk‑throughs and demonstrations, educating clients on the Client Area’s functionality and product options.
• Configure new client accounts, set system preferences, and assist with the collection, completion, and submission of required legal and operational documentation.
• Review submitted documents for completeness, coordinate with compliance or legal teams to resolve verification delays, and provide troubleshooting during onboarding.
• Identify usability friction points and act as the bridge between corporate clients and internal technical or engineering teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing role within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience working with corporate clients and managing account onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation requirements and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work cross‑functionally with compliance, legal, and technical teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
