Digital Content Specialist

About the role

The Digital Content Specialist creates engaging, high‑quality content that helps brands connect with audiences across social media and digital platforms. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will turn approved ideas into polished videos, photos, graphics and copy that reflect each client’s voice while staying current with platform best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short‑form videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage during client shoots, events and office activities.
• Create graphics, carousels and social media assets using Canva, CapCut, Edits and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Adapt trending content ideas while preserving each client’s brand identity.
• Write compelling captions and supporting copy.
• Maintain content calendars and upload content for review ahead of deadlines.
• Assist with community management, monitoring comments, messages and engagement.
• Organise and maintain a library of photo and video assets.
• Prepare platform‑specific formats and ensure all content meets brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, accept feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience creating digital content with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written communication and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, dependable and able to manage multiple client accounts and competing deadlines.
• Curious, adaptable and excited by new challenges.
