Executive Housekeeper – Luxury Caribbean Property

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping operation for an exclusive luxury resort in the Caribbean, overseeing villas, residences and public areas. This senior leadership position ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage the full housekeeping team, including recruitment, training and performance development.
• Plan and control daily schedules, quality inspections and guest room turnover.
• Maintain inventory, linen and supply management while controlling departmental costs.
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Implement and uphold luxury hospitality standards across all guest‑facing areas.

Required profile

• Current or previous Executive Housekeeper experience in a luxury hotel, resort or private estate.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop housekeeping teams.
• Strong knowledge of luxury villa, guest‑room and public‑area presentation standards.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory control and cost management.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
