Financial Solutions Specialist

About the role

As a Financial Solutions Specialist you will join RBC’s community of professionals dedicated to helping clients thrive and communities prosper. You will manage a portfolio of team‑managed clients, engage in discovery conversations, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver a full suite of financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing advice on everyday banking, credit solutions, and investments.
• Proactively reach out to prospects, partner with One RBC colleagues, and nurture relationships to grow the client base.
• Retain and expand a credit‑worthy portfolio, support branch activities, and participate in community and advisory events.
• Promote and demonstrate RBC’s multi‑channel and digital solutions to clients and staff.
• Manage risk by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding client service and solutions.
• Desire to develop credit‑sales and networking capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client service or banking.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or equivalent (students may be considered).
