Graduate Program – Audit, Consulting or Tax (2026/27)

About the role

Deloitte Bahamas is launching a graduate program for 2026/2027 aimed at Bahamian students. You will join one of the service lines – Audit & Assurance, Consulting, or Tax & Legal – and start contributing from day one while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful, client‑facing projects across your chosen service line.
• Conduct research and analysis, identify business risks, and make recommendations on processes and financial data.
• Learn and apply new tools and technologies to support client solutions.
• Build professional relationships and develop analytical and advisory skills.
• Participate in well‑being, sustainability, and community initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s shared values.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (accounting, business, economics, finance, math preferred) and strong academic results.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through extracurricular activities or community involvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in a career in professional services and, where applicable, pursuing a professional designation (CPA, ACCA, CIA, etc.).
• Eligibility to work in the Bahamas (Bahamian, PRC holder, or right‑to‑work).
