Head of Marketing and Brand

About the role

MAISON Bahamas is seeking a Head of Marketing and Brand to own the company’s brand and all marketing outputs, from the flagship magazine to client events and advisor collateral. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will set strategy, run projects, approve creative work and lead a small internal team and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead editorial planning, content creation, design and production of the MAISON magazine.
• Plan and execute client events, listing launches and partner sponsorships.
• Leverage Forbes Global Properties assets for editorial and branding opportunities.
• Implement a request system for advisor collateral such as brochures, listings, presentations and business cards, ensuring clear turnaround times.
• Manage email campaigns, newsletters and all client‑facing templates.
• Maintain brand standards across voice, typography and visual identity.
• Supervise the marketing coordinator, part‑time social media manager and manage relationships with video, design and print partners.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in luxury brand, hospitality or real‑estate marketing.
• Strong design sensibility with the confidence to approve or reject creative work.
• Proven track record delivering events and print projects on time and within budget.
• Comfortable leading people and managing external suppliers.
• Excellent written English and an ability to convey an elevated, understated brand voice.
