IT Technician / AV Specialist for Celebration Key

About the role

The IT Technician supports all IT services across the Celebration Key destination, handling installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, computer hardware, and software. This position works within a Carnival Corporation owned and operated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT issues, providing user assistance, training, and support request management.
• Repair, install, and maintain computers, laptops, audio/visual equipment, routers, printers, and CCTV cameras.
• Monitor hardware performance, schedule upgrades, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Build, maintain, and optimize local networks, ensuring reliability and security compliance.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, support badge creation, and be on call for property‑wide IT support.

• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adhere to dress and appearance standards.
