IT/AV Supervisor

About the role

The IT/AV Supervisor leads the delivery and performance of all information technology and audio‑visual services at Celebration Key, ensuring seamless support for business operations and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT and AV operations, including service request coordination and incident response.
• Monitor system performance, manage workload distribution, and produce operational reports.
• Maintain and upgrade computers, laptops, printers, routers, and AV equipment without disrupting operations.
• Install, repair, and maintain security systems such as CCTV and ensure network security and privacy.
• Build and optimize local networks, report outages, and develop preventive measures.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and train technical staff.
• Lead Lead IT Technicians and Lead AV Technicians, conduct performance check‑ins, and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Act as primary escalation point and collaborate with managers, vendors, and departmental stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising IT and AV teams in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills to review operational data and identify trends.
• Ability to manage staffing coverage, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
