Kitchen Attendant – Princess Cays (Bahamas)

About the role

The Kitchen Attendant ensures the kitchen and surrounding food service areas are clean, hygienic, and well‑maintained to support efficient operations on ship days at Princess Cays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with front‑of‑house maintenance during ship days.
• Maintain interior and exterior kitchen areas, including eating pavilions and walkways.
• Deep clean grills, hoods, tiles, and walkways throughout the property.
• Support receiving and issuing of supplies.
• Perform property sanitation, including removal, deep cleaning, and baiting of receptacles.
• Enforce safe practices and use of PPE such as masks, coveralls, and safety glasses.
• Assist with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) treatments in back‑of‑house and food service perimeters.
• Provide logistics and transport assistance to Food & Beverage teams from ships.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Basic education.
• CPR and First Aid training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
