Landscaper – Princess Cays, Bahamas

About the role

The Landscaper will maintain attractive, sanitary, and safe outdoor spaces for guests at Princess Cays, a Carnival Corporation destination in the Bahamas. You will perform routine landscaping tasks and support overall grounds upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Trim and prune trees, hedges, and overgrowth.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
• Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris to promote healthy growth.
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass.
• Rake, clean, and maintain assigned areas, including basic beach upkeep.
• Load, unload, and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
• Complete work logs, report issues, and follow safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum two years of landscaping experience.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of irrigation systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools (rakes, shovels, clippers) and electrical tools.
• Ability to apply fertilizers and pesticides safely.
