Legal Officer

About the role

BankPro is seeking a Legal Officer to provide day‑to‑day legal support across the organization. You will advise management and internal departments on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and support to management and internal departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure company policies and business practices comply with relevant legal requirements.
• Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation and records.
• Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and business processes from a legal perspective.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on potential impact.
• Assist with corporate governance and other general legal matters.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent).
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, and Adobe.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (professional proficiency).
