As an Online Hotel and Resort Reservationist you will work remotely, assisting customers with research, bookings, and travel support, gaining full training on industry tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking hotels and resorts for personal and group travel.
• Research and recommend accommodations based on client preferences.
• Confirm reservations and provide necessary booking details and documentation.
• Handle questions, special requests, and reservation changes professionally.

Required profile

• No prior travel industry experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn booking systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, reliability, and must be 18 years or older.
