About the role

The Patient Navigation Associate joins Future of Cancer Care Today’s patient‑facing team, supporting families as they explore cutting‑edge cancer treatments. After a structured three‑month training program, you will become the primary point of contact for a caseload of patients, helping translate complex clinical information into actionable care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Complete FCCT’s foundational curriculum and shadow senior team members on intake calls, family briefings, and case reviews.
• Learn and apply the case‑management workflow using Airtable and internal documentation standards.
• Draft follow‑up emails, case summaries, and research syntheses under senior review.
• Conduct independent intake calls, synthesize scientific and treatment research, and create personalized options reports for families.
• Escalate complex cases through FCCT’s protocol and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Maintain rigorous case documentation and help refine playbooks and templates.

Required profile

• Scientifically literate with a background in life sciences, public health, nursing, or pharmacy.
• Strong interest in oncology, genomics, and personalized medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for patients and families.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Airtable for case management.
• Ability to synthesize scientific literature and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience drafting professional correspondence and documentation.
